Our Premium Caregivers are chosen by experienced staffing coordinators. We look for the following qualities in a caregiver:
- Trustworthy and honest
- Compassionate and kind
- Patient and understanding
- Respectful and courteous
- Good organizational skills
- Communication skills and English language proficiency
- Experienced with different conditions (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease)
When you engage our services, we take on the responsibility as an Employer of that caregiver. We deduct payroll taxes, make sure they are legally authorized to work in the United States, pay social security, taxes, and ensure they are covered with workers’ compensation insurance. Our caregivers are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
Each caregiver is trained and instructed to pay attention to any acts of elder abuse and to report it to the proper authorities using form SOC341. This five page form is given to all our caregivers.
