How do you screen your caregivers?

We make sure all our caregivers are registered with (and cleared by) the State of California and verify references. Most of our caregivers have been with the company for some time.

What if the caregiver gets hurt while taking care of me or my family member?

You are not responsible, we are. They are employees of Premium and we cover them with Workers' Compensation.

Am I responsible for deducting taxes?

No, as employees of Premium Home care, we takes care of deducting taxes and issuing a W-2 at the end of the year.

What if the caregiver we chose is not a match?

Your satisfaction with our service is a top priority. If you feel that the caregiver is not the right fit, we can replace him/her that same day or the next day.

How long does it take to hire a caregiver?

With our team of caregivers, we can respond to your need in as little as three hours.
